For server owners
Is Agely free?
Yes. Every server gets 10 free uses a month. You only pay if you need more.
What is a “use”?
One premium step, like a selfie age check or an ID check. A date of birth step is always free.
Do members’ selfies or IDs get stored?
No. They’re checked, then dropped. You get the result and a rough age range. Nothing else is kept.
How do I manage my subscription?
Your plan is billed through Discord. Open User Settings, go to Subscriptions, then Manage Subscriptions. Find Agely Access there to switch plans or cancel anytime.
For members getting verified
Why was I rejected?
The checks aren’t perfect. Blurry video, glare on an ID, or low light can fail one. When that happens, the server’s moderators get the proof and can approve you by hand.
Why send proof instead of just a result?
So we don’t hold your data, and nobody has to hire staff to review it. We send the most generic proof we can to the server’s moderators. You can delete it anytime with /reset. We’re just the facilitator.
What do you keep about me?
Just your verified status and a rough age range. No selfies, IDs, or exact birthday.
Do I have to download anything?
No. It happens in Discord and your browser. Nothing to install.
How do I remove my data?
Run /reset anytime. It wipes your result and any proof. You’re back to a clean slate.
